With over a decade of experience in stonemasonry and landscaping, Toby excels in the bespoke creation of stoneworks & landscapes, using high-quality natural materials to create beautiful spaces and artisanal features.

In his spare time Toby enjoys outdoor pursuits like rock climbing, sailing, camping and hiking, as well as tending to his organic vegetable garden with his other half.

Toby, who conducted the work to repair our old stone garden wall (including turrets) and remove a small wall section did a great job. Having been originally built over 50 years ago, the repair was complicated by having to remove all the old stonework and cement down to a level which was structurally sound and then rebuild in a manner that retained the original stonework in keeping with the old underlying stonework. The result is stunning. Toby arrived on time each day and worked both hard, patiently (e.g. cutting small sections of stone to fill gaps) and professionally throughout. The occasional heavy rain and hail storms were an unwelcome bonus but this did not stop the work proceeding. The price for the completed works was excellent. Toby did a great job landscaping our garden. His skills as a stonemason were to the fore and his work showed a great sensitivity to the material and how it interfaced with the timber and tiled elements of our garden landscaping project. We really enjoyed having him on site and appreciated his willingness to discuss the build as it progressed and how he listened to our thoughts and ideas - as he did with the garden's designer. I hired Toby to do a complete re haul on my garden and couldn’t have found a better person to do so. From our initial meeting through to completion he was the utmost professional, keeping in constant communication through every step of the process whilst explaining everything in a way even a laymen like myself could understand.
